HANOI ON
For the HANOI ON project, we partnered with Hanoi Radio and Television to redesign and elevate their full digital ecosystem including Website, Mobile App, and TV App into a unified, future-ready platform. Officially launched on July 10, 2024, HANOI ON became a key element in the capital’s modern multimedia communication strategy.
Our goal was to modernize the UI/UX while respecting the broadcaster’s heritage. HANOI ON now brings together watching, listening, reading, and interacting across diverse content types, integrating broadcasting channels and digital portals into one scalable system.

We redesigned the HANOI ON Website to improve content discovery, navigation, and readability. The previous layout lacked hierarchy, so we introduced a refined grid system, modern typography, balanced spacing, and flexible templates for videos, clips, radio, and long-form articles. Enhanced search and filtering allow users to reach breaking news and in-depth stories faster. The result is a cleaner, more intuitive site aligned with modern digital journalism standards.

For the HANOI ON Mobile App, we built a smoother, touch-optimized experience tailored for on-the-go users and younger audiences. Simplified navigation, improved one-handed usage, and a reorganized home screen ensure instant access to essential content. We structured the app around five core behaviors: Browse, Listen, Watch, Read, Interact to support varied daily use contexts. With extensive libraries of films, music, podcasts, audiobooks, and FM channels, the mobile app is now a central multimedia hub in the HANOI ON ecosystem.

The HANOI ON TV App redesign elevates the large-screen viewing experience through clearer focus states, smooth remote navigation, and layered content rows. It offers live channels, on-demand content, and audio experiences like radio and music for home speaker systems. By aligning its visual and interaction patterns with the web and mobile platforms, we ensured a cohesive cross-device experience that reinforces HANOI ON’s position as a modern multimedia platform.
