Mobile Developer (React Native)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced React-Native Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in React Native and TypeScript, with expertise in complex enterprise mobile applications for construction and industrial project management. Excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with field teams, project managers, and internal stakeholders in fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities

◦ Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
◦ Implement and optimize features such as authentication, document management, 3D model viewing, file/folder browsing, PDF viewing/annotation, and project management.
◦ Integrate with native modules and third-party SDKs (e.g., PDFTron).
◦Ensure high performance, offline support, and seamless user experience.
◦ Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create custom components and maintain consistent theming.
◦ Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
◦ Work with CI/CD tools (Fastlane) and support OTA updates (CodePush).
◦ Implement internationalization and localization.
◦ Write and maintain automated tests.

Your skills and experience

Required skills:

◦ React Native (iOS & Android).
◦ Redux, Redux-Observable (RxJS).
◦ JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
◦ Native Modules (Android/iOS).
◦Fastlane (CI/CD).
◦PDFTron SDK.
◦Local Database (AsyncStorage/Realm).
◦Custom UI Components.
◦Internationalization (i18n).
◦WebView integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

◦ Experience with other mobile development frameworks/languages (e.g., Swift, Kotlin).
◦ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
◦ Experience with mobile app release process.
◦ Contributions to open-source projects.
◦ Knowledge of UI/UX standards and design principles.
◦ Proven track record in developing offline-first mobile applications with complex data synchronization.
◦ Experience with PDF manipulation, document management, and 3D visualization in mobile apps.
◦ Strong understanding of construction industry workflows and work package management systems.
◦ Ability to work with cross-functional teams including field workers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
