Business Analyst (Lumin Editor)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Lumin team at DSV. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a talented and committed community, passionate about delivering a high-quality experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

◦ Gather, clarify, and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders.
◦ Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
◦ Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements in a structured way.
◦ Collaborate with stakeholders to create acceptance criteria and support testing activities.
◦ Conduct gap analysis between business needs and existing systems or processes.
◦ Support change management by preparing documentation and training materials.
◦ Continuously review and improve business processes for efficiency and scalability.

Your skills and experience

Must-Haves:

◦ 1 year or more of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
◦ Proficiency in English communication is mandatory for this role.
◦ Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis.
◦ Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and an understanding of usability best practices.
◦ Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams.
◦ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
◦ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
◦ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
◦ Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Nice-to-Haves:

◦ Prior experience in Administration, Human Resources, Sales, Accounting, or Finance.
◦ Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
◦ Previous experience or strong knowledge of document management solutions, including PDF editing and processing, is highly desirable.
◦ Comfortable working with analytics platforms such as Superset, Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, GrowthBook, or similar tools.
◦ Basic SQL for data querying and analysis.
◦ Experience running A/B or multi-variant experiments.
