Business Analyst (Lumin AgreementGen)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Lumin team at DSV. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a talented and committed community, passionate about delivering a high-quality experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

◦ Translate business objectives into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
◦ Maintain clear documentation of business rules, workflows, and dependencies.
◦ Work with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and design teams.
◦ Support product decisions with data through user analytics, usage reports, and A/B test results.
◦ Develop dashboards or frameworks to track product KPIs and user engagement patterns.
◦ Provide insights into how new features or changes impact user experience and adoption.
◦ Partner with designers to ensure user flows are intuitive and address real user pain points.
◦ Collaborate with engineers to clarify functional logic, handle edge cases, and ensure smooth delivery.
◦ Work with QA to define test cases and validate business logic before release.

Your skills and experience

◦ 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a tech or SaaS environment.
◦Strong understanding of product development lifecycles (Agile / Scrum).
◦ Proven experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and flow diagrams.
◦ Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or Hotjar.
◦ Experience with AI-powered products or document management systems is a plus.
◦ Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex needs into actionable insights.
◦ Detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about creating products users love.
