Sales Admin
We are seeking a Sales Admin who has a natural inclination for selling on a range of inbound and
outbound as well as excel in a competitive environment to convert sales leads and increase
customer growth.
Responsibilities
As our Sales Admin, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Provide clerical and organizational support to a sales team.
- Contact and reply to all email from Clients.
- Show company’s capacity profile.
- Create RE by the company’s system.
- Book meeting between PO/Saler/Technical manager & customers.
- Process paperwork, maintain the customer database, and ensure products or services are
delivered on-time.
- Check the monthly invoice.
- Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints.
- Report and monitor sales goals (OKRs of the sales team) and encourage the sales team to meet their monthly or quarterly quotas.
- Maintains documentation (contract, invoice…) of customer contact and account updates.
- Research market and competitor activities and complete statistical reports to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Coordinate effectively with the technical team and Project Manager/Technical manager to
work out a rough estimation before informing clients.
Your skills and experiences
Good candidate for Sales Admin position should have the following qualifications:
- Just graduated/Fresher/Junior (prefer graduated in business administration, marketing,…).
- Fluent in English (4 skills).
- Good at office skills: word, excel, powerpoint, chart, diagram …
- Have interest in the IT industry.
- Focus and learn fast.
- Results driven, customer focused, able to achieve annual sales quotas.
- A strong sense of teamwork to work cooperatively as a team member and requires effective interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with all levels of employees.
- Ability to qualify groups of prospects using telephone, email, social media and other technologies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, accountable approach.
- Good strategic, researching and analytical skills.
- Learn and maintain a deep understanding of solutions, clients, and internal industry by participating in formal/informal training sessions and self-directed learning.
