UI/UX Designer

UI and UX design will be one of our key differentiators. Designveloper wants to keep improving on this so that our user experience continues to be the best in design.

We are looking for someone who likes to keep researching the latest trends, designs and implement them in his/her work. Experiment with colors, effects, patterns, typography, icons etc.

Responsibilities

◦ Contribute to new feature definitions and exploration from concept through execution within an integrated team that meets business needs, user needs and technical capabilities.
◦ Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
◦ Collaborate with data team, business analyst, and stakeholders to understand user needs, design opportunities, and business goals.
◦ Ability to draw detailed user flow, system flow to collaborate with data team to get event tracking.
◦ Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
◦ Conduct user research, specially Usability testing, A/B testing, survey.
◦ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Your skills and experiences

◦ At least over 2 year working years in UI/UX design experience in web and mobile applications.
◦ Strong UX design portfolio showcasing past projects and design skills.
◦ Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
◦ Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
◦ Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
◦ Proficiency in English at a basic level is necessary.
