DSV was established in 2013, gathering more than 100 people who are young engineers, academic teachers and scientists. We are youthful and innovative teams with expertise in web, software, mobile and VoIP development. We always pursue the latest technologies and are eager to learn new things.

  • Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, update JDs and propose
    suitable solutions under specific timelines
  • Post the jobs on the company’s website, job boards, and social media
  • Address the right candidates
  • Manage candidate networks, build trust and maintain a good rapport with candidates
    (communicated with job applicants, responded to candidate emails, answered the call about
  • Act as a consultant to candidates and passionately share our company’s values
  • Ensure the expectations of the candidates and those of the company are both met
  • Participate host in-house recruitment events, internal events


  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
