Mobile Leader

We are looking for Mobile Leader with excellent programming skills to join our team. We need a person who, as part of a team, can create highly scalable web apps that millions of users interact with daily. The ideal candidate has experience building real products on mobile and should be able to present examples of their work.

Responsibilities

As our Mobile Leader, your daily responsibilities will include:

Develop, benchmark and optimize both hybrid and native mobile applications
Publish applications to the stores, preferably automated
Maintain code quality, write unit tests, perform code reviews and provide feedback to your peers
Review implementation, architecture patterns and best practices according to established standards in mobile application development
Ensure the mobile application follows all the principles and guidelines from Apple and Google in every aspect, ranging from user interface to technical
Collaborate with peers to establish back-end processes and APIs required by mobile applications
Host sharing and training sessions for your peers
Oversee and support all other mobile application development projects in the company as a specialist, apart from the ones being in charge of

Your skills and experience

Good candidate for Mobile Leader position should have the following qualifications:

3+ years of experience in either native iOS or Android application development, and 1.5+ years of experience in the other one
Proficiency in either Swift or Kotlin, and familiar with the other one
Familiar with React Native and willing to work with it
Proficiency in writing automated unit tests
Having experience in managing a team of junior developers
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good English
Passion for user experience, coupled with a proven intuition and always keep up to date with the latest mobile application development trend
Comfortable multi-tasking and working as part of a global team, as well as working independently and taking ownership
Able to perform effectively in an open environment, well adaptive to ambiguity and willing to change in a fast-paced environment where creativity and collaboration are welcome and encouraged
Exhibiting relentless focus on quality, performance and responsiveness, in the context of mobile application development
