Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance branding.


As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for:
– Develop and manage high-impact, multi-channel campaigns to generate demand, qualified leads, and awareness across several countries, especially in Europe, US and other developed countries. That may include, but not be limited to, email, webinars, digital advertising, social media.
– Continuously improve the use of marketing automation and sales enablement tools and deliver more value for the business.
– Automate and report all daily, weekly and monthly analytics and quarterly OKR reporting.
– Support the team in CRM data management and analysis including developing attribution models.
– Work closely with Business Development team to understand products and key markets and perform market research, including product and digital marketing competitive analysis.
– Create plan and execute integrated digital acquisition programs that include a mix of web, mobile, social, display and SEO/SEM advertising elements to increase sales.
– Collaborate with marketing team, design team, and development team to provide design and direction for product, web, and other visual communications media for the company.
– Review new trends and make recommendations to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
– Manage and enhance trigger email marketing matrix throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales.
– Work with copywriters and sales team to spread company’s branding on targeted markets.
– Employer branding, support the HR team to organize events to increase connection and engagement to all members.

Your skills and experience

– BS/MS degree in marketing, sales, communications, branding, or related field.
– A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing, commercial operations, multichannel marketing expertise
– Strong analytical capabilities and process optimization mindset
– Understanding of web trends, direct marketing trends, consumer psychology, and other marketing best practices
– Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce and Hubspot,…
– Creative and innovative individual with the ability to generate new ideas and execute them.
– Takes ownership and provides support to lead gen initiatives. Must be a self-starter, multi-tasker, and team player.
– Problem-solving skills, with good time management and attention to detail
– Experience developing and managing compelling and informative website content
– Demonstrated experience in developing content and managing communications across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and Hootsuite
– Excellent English communication skills
